The service

CONTEXS lets you save personal context, request sessions, and listen to audio generated around your goals, questions, interests, and current moment. Features may change as the service develops.

Accounts and your context

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the information you choose to provide. You retain your rights in the context and materials you submit, subject to the limited permissions needed for CONTEXS to operate the service.

Do not submit information you are not permitted to share. Avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless you understand the risks of using an online service.

AI-generated sessions

CONTEXS sessions are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or suggestions that are not appropriate for your circumstances. Review important information independently before relying on it.

CONTEXS is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency service. Sessions are not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Trial and subscription

To activate the public trial, you must provide a valid payment method through Stripe. You pay $0 when the trial begins. The trial lasts 7 days and includes 20 minutes of generation.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to CONTEXS Plus at $8 USD per month. CONTEXS Plus currently includes 1,200 generation minutes per billing cycle. Existing audio can remain available even when new generation is unavailable.

You can manage or cancel the subscription through Stripe's customer portal. Billing terms shown at checkout and in your account may control if they differ from a general description on this page.

Acceptable use

You may not use CONTEXS to violate law, infringe another person's rights, abuse or attack the service, bypass usage or payment controls, submit malicious instructions, or generate content intended to harm others.

Internal beta or promotional access may have different limits or eligibility requirements and is not the public subscription offer.

Third-party services

CONTEXS relies on third-party services including Supabase, OpenAI, DeepInfra, Railway, Cloudflare R2, and Stripe. Their own terms, policies, availability, and processing practices may also apply.

Availability and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of CONTEXS, including generated sessions or integrations, for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

CONTEXS is provided on an availability basis and generated content is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, CONTEXS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
