Contexs privacy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what CONTEXS collects, why we use it, and how you can request control over your information.
Last updated: July 31, 2026Information we collect
When you create an account with Google, Google may provide CONTEXS with your name, email address, and profile photo. We receive this information to create and secure your account and to let you sign in.
We also process the context you choose to provide, recent notes, language and voice preferences, generated sessions, playback progress, favorites, subscription status, and operational events needed to run the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to authenticate you, keep your personal station available, generate voice sessions from your context, save your listening progress, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Your context is used as input for the session experience you request. It is not published as a public profile or public feed.
Service providers
CONTEXS uses service providers that process information on our behalf to operate the product. Depending on the action you take, these providers may include Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI and DeepInfra for generation services, Railway for background processing, Cloudflare R2 for private audio storage, and Stripe for billing.
We do not sell your personal information or share your context for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect the service, or respond to a valid legal request.
Storage and security
We use access controls, authenticated sessions, row-level data protections, private audio storage, and signed audio URLs appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
To request deletion of your account or information, email support@contexs.com. After verifying the request, we will delete the account, context, notes, sessions, and stored audio where applicable, subject to information we must retain by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
Cookies and sessions
CONTEXS uses cookies and browser storage to keep authentication and language preferences working. Essential session technologies are required for the application to function. We do not use your private context to build a public advertising profile.
Children
CONTEXS is not intended for children under the minimum age required to use online services in their country. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact support@contexs.com.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as CONTEXS changes. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the date above.
